On our recent visit to Barcelona, we utilized Book Taxi Barcelona three times. Everything was very easy. On the trip to the airport from the Cruise Terminal, we changed our pickup four different times. Each one was met with great customer service and the team was very accommodating. We did have one late pickup due to traffic. When I called, the customer service representative quickly found our booking and immediately could tell me that the driver was running late but should be at the pickup location in ten minutes. Sure enough, he was there in a little less than ten minutes. When traveling from overseas, I highly recommend Book Taxi Barcelona to help ease the stress of arriving into an unfamiliar city.

The taxi arrived 10 minutes before our scheduled time (5:00am) - I think we got a free upgrade in the size of our taxi :)We were very happy with the service provided - got us to the airport in good time for our flight.
